Design Concerns
The design boundaries were set based on customer inputs from the survey, standards from American ladder institute, and OSHA regulations.
The design concerns were defined in more details terms and requirements and goals were established for each of them. The requirements indicate the minimum standard for the ladder design and must be met. While the goals show the optimal solution to the design concern but the design does not have to match them.
