Design Ideas

Design 1 now features a foam core implemented into the leg design not shown in these images. This design utilizes two pins on each side to save weight. When the legs open, the two halves meet to create a flat top working surface. Two chains were attached to the legs to keep them from splaying excessively under load.  

Design 2 features legs composed of C-channels and a robust pivot pin that travels the entire width of the sawhorse. This design allows for the top surface to be angled to a desirable position.
